1 General Terms

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The standard processing time for withdrawal requests is 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, this time may increase if identity verification is ongoing or unusual activity is detected.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements are met.
• No more than one bonus may be claimed by the same person, family, home address, or IP address.
• If wagering requirements are not met within the specified time limit after claiming a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

The 354bd VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Through regular play you can advance to higher tiers and enjoy greater benefits. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.5% weekly cashback, the Silver tier up to 1.0%, and the Gold tier up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Policy

All bets are final and cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed. 354bd reserves the right to make corrections where a bet has been settled incorrectly due to a technical error.

• Odds offered in sports betting may change; the odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are final.
• In live betting, odds change in real time and differences may occur due to technical delays.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be voided and the stake will be returned.
• In casino games, separate rules apply to each game, which can be found in the information section of the relevant game.

6.2 Technical Issues

354bd is generally not liable for games or bets affected by loss of internet connection, device issues, or other technical reasons. However, if a problem arises due to an error on our servers, appropriate action will be taken.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 354bd platform:

• Attempting to win through fraud, manipulation, or any dishonest means.
• Abusing bonus offers or engaging in bonus arbitrage.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Playing using software bots, automation tools, or artificial intelligence.
• Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities.

• Harassing or behaving rudely toward other users.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by 354bd

354bd may suspend or close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms or prohibited activities.
• Providing false identity or information.
• Suspicion of money laundering or fraud.
• Instruction from authorities or legal requirement.
• Extended period of inactivity.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request closure of your account at any time through the support team. Available balance (subject to wagering requirements being met) can be withdrawn before the account is closed.
